1st LD Writethru: Fresh aftershock felt in Nepal, 3 injured

A fresh aftershock measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale struck the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal on Saturday evening. Local media said three people were injured.

According to the National Seismological Centre (NSC), the epicentre is at Lalitpur of the valley.

The tremor is an aftershock of the April 25 earthquake that shattered the Himalayan nation last year, killing nearly 9,000 people.

More than 400 aftershocks of four and above magnitude have been recorded so far. Endit
