Russia's foreign reserves edge up last week

Russia's foreign reserves for the March 25-April 1 week edged up by 0.9 percent to 387 billion U.S. dollars from a week ago, the central bank said Friday.

The international reserves increased by 3.5 billion dollars due to positive exchange rates and market revaluations, it said.

The figure in 2015 dropped by 4.4 percent to 368.4 billion dollars. Historical maximum was recorded in early August 2008 with 598 billion dollars. Endi
