Stuttgart' s midfielder Daniel Didavi has agreed to join Wolfsburg for next season, both Bundesliga teams confirmed on Tuesday.

The "Wolves" have strengthened their squad for the upcoming campaign as Didavi has put pen to paper on a deal until June 2021.

"We are delighted that Daniel Didavi has opted for Wolfsburg. We have intensively observed his development over a long period. In the last years, he has developed into a key player and leader at Stuttgart. Didavi fits into our requirements profile and will increase our quality in the midfield," Wolfsburg' s chairman Klaus Allofs said.

The 26-year-old home grown talent from Stuttgart, who plays since 2003 for the "Swabians" , made overall 53 appearances and provided 15 goals.

"I have chosen deliberately for this new challenge at Wolfsburg in the summer. I am convinced that the transfer to Wolfsburg is the right step for me. They are pursuing high sportive ambitions and I want to be part of it," Didavi said.

The "Wolves" sit on the eight-place meanwhile Stuttgart occupy the 12th position in the Bundesliga standings. Endit
