Xinhua, March 31, 2016 Adjust font size:

Royal Spanish Football Federation Soccer School signed a cooperation agreement with Guangxi Sports Bureau on Thursday to set up a new campus in Southwest China' s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

United Vansen International Sports co.,ltd. (UVS) helped the two parties reach an agreement to set up a new campus of the federation' s soccer school in Guangxi.

Meanwhile, the UVS purchased ADO Den Haag in the Eredivisie in 2015. A youth training center for ADO Den Haag will also be built in Guangxi.

Wang Hui, Chairman of the board of the UVS, told Xinhua that when the new campus is established, Royal Spanish Football Federation and ADO Den Haag will send senior soccer coaches from Europe to train young players in Guangxi. Every Summer, some elite young players will be sent to Europe for soccer training.

"What we aim to forge is a comprehensive system in which Chinese kids can get in touch with soccer, then they might begin to fall in love with it and finally some of them may make up their mind to join the profession. We have taken every step into consideration and devised a clear career plan for Chinese youth." said Wang Hui.

Li Ze, director general of Guangxi Sports Bureau, said the youth training system from Spain and the Netherlands will provide a great opportunity for the kids who love soccer not only in Guangxi, but also in China or even ASEAN countries. Meanwhile, the bureau will work hard to sponsor more soccer tournaments, speeding up the development of soccer in Guangxi. Endit
