The following are highlights of major South African media outlets on Sunday.

-- President Jacob Zuma's eldest son Edward has opened a charge of corruption against billionaire businessman Johann Rupert.

Edward has labelled the luxury goods mogul "an arrogant white racist who has been looting unabated", after Rupert's strong criticism of Zuma on line this week. (Business Day)

-- Two months before SAA (South African Airways) chairperson Dudu Myeni tried to introduce a new company into a R6 billion ($387 million) Airbus deal, the company in question was hauled to court over unpaid tax bills.

Myeni shocked her own staff, Airbus and Treasury when, in September last year, she tried to introduce an unknown "third party" into SAA's deal to buy five Airbus A330 planes at the eleventh hour.(City Press)
