Xi's envoy to attend CAR president's inauguration

Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Zhang Jianlong will attend the inauguration ceremony of Central African Republic's (CAR) newly elected President Faustin Archange Touadera on March 30.

Zhang is head of the State Forestry Administration. The invitation is made by CAR's provisional president Catherine Samba-Panza, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hong Lei announced Friday. Endi
