Former Premier Wen Jiabao's geological notes published

A book featuring China's former Premier Wen Jiabao's hand-written notes and memoirs about his work in the geological sector has been published.

The book, called "Geological Hand Notes of Wen Jiabao," will be available in the nation's bookstores starting Friday.

It is a collection of excerpts from Wen's extensive notes, 24 memoirs, and some 50 photographs taken from 1968 to 1985, when he worked as an engineer and administrator in the geological system.

The notes cover geological inspections, learning and research, as well as administrative work.

All of the hand-written notes, memoirs and photos are being made public for the first time.
