Suspect arrested after 2 women killed in Redcar, England

A man has been held on suspicion of murdering two women in Redcar of North Yorkshire Wednesday night, local media reported.

Local police received two reports in succession at around 8:50 p.m. on Wednesday that showed two women had been seriously injured in separate attacks.

Police said both of the victims died after suffering severe injuries.

The suspect, 34, was arrested shortly afterwards. He is currently in police custody.
