Indian stocks opened higher but soon slipped into the negative territory on Tuesday on profit booking and a hawkish Fed comment.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 25,331.01, 45.64 points or 0.18 percent up from previous close of 25,285.37. Endit
