Internet sex show targeted by content regulator

Xinhua, March 20, 2016 Adjust font size:

The National Office Against Pornographic and Illegal Publications has launched a campaign against online sex show.

Users who upload sex shows will be punished and websites that host them will also be held accountable, it said in a statement on Sunday.

Serious offenders will face criminal prosecution.

The office is tightening monitoring of major online video websites, and will suspend or shut down any that flout the law, it said. Endi
