A migration deal between the European Union (EU) and Turkey was adopted here on Friday during a summit between the two sides' leaders, according to media reports.

The quadrilateral meeting between European Council President Donald Tusk, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu began on early Friday morning.
