Brazil's Internacional in talks to sign Colombia striker

Xinhua, March 16, 2016 Adjust font size:

Brazil's Internacional are in talks with Colombia international striker Teo Gutierrez from Sporting Lisbon, according to Brazilian media reports.

Internacional have offered the Portuguese club two million euros in cash and a player, possibly former Brazil international defender Rever, Globoesporte reported.

The Porto Alegre outfit are looking to bolster their squad following the recent departures of left-back Rogerio to Juventus and goalkeeper Alisson to Roma.

The deal must be completed before the close of Brazil's transfer window on April 20.

Gutierrez, 30, has scored 15 goals in 48 appearances for Colombia's national team. Endit
