British FTSE 100 decreases 0.92 pct on Tuesday

FTSE 100 Index, the British benchmark stock market gauge, Tuesday decreased by 0.92 percent, or 56.96 points, to 6,125.44 points.

Share price of Burberry Group increased by 6.64 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. GlaxoSmithKline, Tesco, Next and Inmarsat increased by 1.82 percent, 1.75 percent, 1.45 percent and 1.29 percent, respectively.

Glencore led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 18.16 percent, following by Anglo American (15.48 percent), Antofagasta (9.45 percent), Rio Tinto (9.43 percent) and BHP Billiton (8.51 percent). Enditem
