China mourns Nancy Reagan, former U.S. first lady

China expressed its condolences over the death of former U.S. first lady Nancy Reagan on Monday.

"She was committed to friendly exchanges between the two countries, and made positive contributions to the development of the China-U.S. relations," said Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei at a routine press briefing.

Nancy Reagan passed away at the age of 94 on Sunday morning in her Los Angeles home. Endi
