Agriculture minister on food safety

Xinhua, March 7, 2016 Adjust font size:

China will do more to ensure safety of farm produce, Chinese agriculture minister said on Monday.

"We have zero tolerance in dealing with food safety violations," Minister Han Changfu said at a press conference on the sidelines of the National People's Congress annual session.

Han said standardized food production and stronger administrative supervision are needed to see the goal through. Endi
