China stands as third largest investor in Myanmar's real estate

China stands the third largest investor in Myanmar in real estate since 1988 , U Kyaw Win Tun , director of Directorate of Investment and Company Adminstration (DICA), told Xinhua Saturday.

Myanmar's real estate sector is one of the most interested sectors for foreign investors. Among them, China is the third largest investor. China's investment amounted to 80 million U.S. dollars in one project.

The largest one is Singapore whose investment amount is 1.517 billion dollars in 16 projects.

These investment amounts are for 29 years period started from 1988-1989 fiscal year to 2015-2016 fiscal year.

Meanwhile, China is standing as the first in Myanmar's foreign investment with 15.274 billion dollars from 1988 to December of the fiscal year 2015-2016. Endit
