Turkish security forces detain 4 suspected ISIL members

Turkish security forces detained 4 suspected members of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) with 11 children were detained on Friday in Kilis province, said the governor of Kilis.

The 4 adults, who were suspected ISIL members, were detained by patrolling security forces at Elbeyli town in Kilis province while trying to cross from Syria to Turkey illegally. There were also 11 children with them

Judicial and administrative investigation about the captured persons has started.

16 ISIL suspects, including 12 foreign nationals, were arrested on March 2 in Kahramanmaras, a southern Turkish province close to the Syrian border. Endit
