Chinese shares open mixed Wednesday

Chinese stocks opened mixed on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.02 percent, at 2,733.77 points.

The smaller Shenzhen index opened 0.14 percent lower at 9,308.49 points. The ChiNext Index, tracking China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, was down 0.21 percent to open at 1,930.84 points. Endi
