Agribusiness forum kicks off in Bulgaria

The second edition of the mega forum for agribusiness and the food industry kicked off at the International Fair here on Wednesday.

More than 670 companies from 29 countries are participating in seven exhibitions related to agriculture, food and beverages, wine, honey, machinery and technology.

Chinese company Dalian Bugoo Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd., which manufactures sunflower seed processing machines, is one of the exhibitors at the event that runs until Sunday.

Bulgarian agriculture minister Desislava Taneva said Monday that Bulgarian producers had signed contracts with a number of Chinese companies on exports of dairy products, soft drinks and wine. Endit
