Ghana to host marathon to promote SDGs

The second edition of the Millennium Marathon, a Pan-African run for peace and health, was launched in Accra on Monday.

This year's race is dubbed "Africa on the Run" and will present an agenda to give attention to a continental drive to support the United Nations "Sustainable Development Goals" of good health and well-being.

It will bring together over 40,000 local and international runners for the main event on September 3.

This year's winner will take home prize offer worth over 150,000 US dollars. Endit
