LME base metals increase on Monday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Monday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 104.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.28 percent, to 4,692 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 24 U.S. dollars, or 1.55 percent, to 1,575 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 17 U.S. dollars, or 0.98 percent, to 1,744 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 56 U.S. dollars, or 3.24 percent, to 1,782 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 287.5 U.S. dollars, or 3.40 percent, to 8,750 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 150 U.S. dollars, or 0.95 percent, to 15,950 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
