Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has won re-election by garnering 60.75 percent of the total votes, official results showed Saturday.

Results released by the country's Electoral Commission at the National Tally Center in the central Ugandan district of Wakiso showed that Museveni beat seven other presidential candidates in the Feb. 18 election. Endit
