Macedonian industrial production prices drop in Dec. 2015

Macedonia's State Statistical Office (SSO) declared on Monday the country's industrial production prices for December 2015 dropped by 0.7 percent from the previous month and by 3.8 percent from December 2014 figures.

According to the SSO, in December 2015, compared with November 2015, the industrial production prices grew in the mining and quarrying sector by 2.9 percent, whereas in manufacturing the prices dropped by 1.0 percent, and in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply by 0.4 percent.

Moreover, year-on-year, the industrial production prices dropped in the mining and quarrying sector by 6.6 percent, in the manufacturing sector by 3.6 percent, and in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply sector by 2.8 percent.

The SSO data also reflected that in December 2015, the industrial producer prices on the foreign market dropped by 1.2 percent on a monthly level and by 7.1 percent on an annual level. Endit
