Dollar at upper 115 yen level in early Tokyo trading

The U.S. dollar changed hands at the upper 115 yen level early Tuesday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 115.63-65 yen compared with 115.79-89 yen in New York and 117.32-34 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday.

The euro fetched 1.1188-1189 dollars and 129.38-39 yen against 1.1189-1199 dollars and 129.64-74 yen in New York and 1.1137-1138 dollars and 130.66-70 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon. Enditem
