Xinhua, February 6, 2016 Adjust font size:

Swine flu has killed two patients in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), health authorities said on Friday.

A 62-year-old woman died in the city of Zenica on Thursday while a 32-year-old woman died in Sarajevo on Tuesday after they were infected with swine flu (H1N1), officials said.

Six other swine flu patients were admitted to hospitals in Sarajevo, according to local media reports.

However, the country's health authority said there was no danger of an epidemic. Medical experts advised people to avoid spending too long in enclosed and crowded spaces to reduce the possible transmission of the virus. Endit
