Former PetroChina branch head prosecuted for bribery

Chinese prosecutors have charged a former PetroChina executive for bribery, the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) said Friday.

Xu Guocai, former general manager of the PetroChina Company Limited's sales branch in central China's Hunan Province, abused his power to seek benefits for others and accepted by himself or via his family members a " "very huge amount" of bribes, according to the SPP. Endi
