A discipline official in Changsha City, capital of central China's Hunan Province, has been sacked for accepting bribes, the provincial disciplinary watchdog said on Wednesday.

Hu Like, formal team leader of the discipline inspection team affiliated to the Changsha Municipal Party Committee and former deputy director of the city's grain bureau, was sacked for accepting bribes of 20,000 yuan (3,040 U.S. dollars) on Jan. 28 from a company affiliated to the grain bureau.

The discipline watchdog found Hu accepting an envelope including 20,000 yuan cash from Zhang, chairman of the board of the company, after having lunch with him. Hu accepted the money to help Zhang in coordinating a demolition problem. Endi
