Hong Kong stocks close 2.34 pct lower

Hong Kong stocks plunges 455.25 points, or 2.34 percent, to close at 18,991.59 points on Wednesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 18,764.82 and 19,032.71. Turnover totaled 78.68 billion HK dollars (about 10.21 billion U.S. dollars). Endit
