Urgent: U.S. dollar declines against euro, yen amid falling oil

The U.S. dollar decreased against the euro and Japanese yen on Tuesday as jittery investors favored safe-haven currencies amid plunging oil prices.

In late New York trading, the euro climbed to 1.0909 dollars from 1.0901 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 120.17 Japanese yen, lower than 121.09 yen of the previous session. Endit
