CBA Roundup: Liaoning grab 14th consecutive win

Liaoning overcame Aolong to extend their winning streak to 14 games while Beijing suffered their third straight defeat in the 35th round of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league on Friday.

Shavlik Randolph scored 33 points in Liaoning's 122-110 victory.

Despite Zhang Qingpeng's 28 points, Beijing lost at home to Sichuan 111-97.

Justin Cater shined in his CBA debut, scoring 22 points to help Guangdong win over Zhejiang 127-102 at home.

Making six out of 13 3-pointers, Jamaal Franklin had a game-high 45 points as Shanxi edged Xinjiang 112-110.

Elsewhere on Friday, Foshan beat Bayi 111-105, Shenzhen nipped Jilin 110-103, Jiangsu overcame Shandong 115-113, Fujian crushed Tianjin 118-111, Guangsha defeated Qingdao 140-133, and Shanghai beat Tongxi 100-95. Endi
