Afghan conflicts claim 10 lives including 7 militants in 24 hours

Ten persons including seven militants and three security personnel have been killed in operations conducted by Afghan security forces over the past 24 fours.

According to a statement of the Defense Ministry on Friday, nine more armed militants sustained injuries in the operations which have covered parts of the northern Baghlan and eastern Kapisa provinces.

Meanwhile, Taliban outfit in an online statement confirmed the clash in Dand-e-Ghori district of Baghlan province, claiming the militants have repulsed government forces attack in Pul-e-Darqad area of Dand-e-Ghori on the outskirts of provincial capital Pul-e-Khumri. Enditem
