Dollar trades at mid-118 yen level in early Tokyo

The U.S. dollar moved to the mid-118 yen zone in early Tokyo Thursday.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 118.49-50 yen compared with 118.62-72 yen in New York and 118.24-26 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The euro fetched 1.0901-0902 dollars and 129.18-22 yen against 1.0889-0899 dollars and 129.15-25 yen in New York and 1.0869-0871 dollars and 128.52-56 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon. Enditem
