Urgent: Rebelo de Sousa wins Portuguese presidential election: preliminary results

Portuguese Social Democratic Party candidate Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa won the presidential elections on Sunday, who will lead debt-ridden Portugal in the next five years, local TV reported.

According to the preliminary result of the elections, Rebelo de Sousa garnered 52 percent of the votes after 98.77 percent of votes were counted. Enditem
