Yu Weiguo elected governor of Fujian

Yu Weiguo was elected governor of east China's Fujian Province on Friday at the fourth plenary session of the 12th Fujian Provincial People's Congress.

The 60-year-old fills the post left vacant by Su Shulin. Su, also former general manager of China's largest oil refinery Sinopec, is under investigation for corruption. Endi
