Eurozone household saving rate stable at 12.8 pct in Q3 2015

The seasonally adjusted household saving rate in the eurozone was 12.8 percent in the third quarter of 2015, nearly stable compared with the previous quarter, figures indicated on Thursday.

The figures are derived from the first release of quarterly European sector accounts by the statistical office of the European Union, Eurostat, and the European Central Bank (ECB).

Moreover, the seasonally adjusted household investment rate in the eurozone was 8.3 percent in the third quarter of 2015, also stable compared with the previous quarter. Endit
