LME base metals decrease mostly on Tuesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed lower mostly on Tuesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 18.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.42 percent, to 4,372.5 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 11 U.S. dollars, or 0.75 percent, to 1,456 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 8 U.S. dollars, or 0.50 percent, to 1,610 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price lost 13 U.S. dollars, or 0.88 percent, to 1,466 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 155 U.S. dollars, or 1.85 percent, to 8,207.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price lost 475 U.S. dollars, or 3.48 percent, to 13,175 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
