Spanish stock market falls 1.48 pct, closes at 9,197 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 1.48 percent on Wednesday to close at 9,197.40 points, down from the 9,335.20 points of Tuesday.

On Wednesday session, ArcelorMittal shares led falls plummeting 6.48 percent, followed by Indra A, Acerinox, Sacyr, OHL and Caixabank that dropped 4.47 percent, 4.42 percent, 3.67 percent, 3.67 percent and 3.56 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Endesa shares led rises climbing 0.64 percent, followed only by Amadeus that rose 0.25 percent.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 118.10 points, slightly above the 116.80 points of Tuesday, and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.688 percent, showing no big differences when compared with Tuesday. Endit
