Afghan gov't Chief Executive leaves for Iran

Afghan government's Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah at the invitation of Iranian government left Kabul for Tehran on Monday, a statement released here by his office said.
Accompanied by several ministers, the chief executive Abdullah during his visit to Iran would hold meeting with Iranian leaders including Iran Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and President Hassan Rouhani to discuss bilateral relations including enhancing trade and economic cooperation between the two neighboring countries, the statement added.
During his three-day visit to Iran, Abdullah, according to Afghan officials, would also discuss Chabahar port, which India would invest 200 million U.S. dollars in to enhance trade relations among the three countries of India, Iran and Afghanistan. Enditem
