KABUL -- A suicide car bomb rocked Afghan capital Kabul on Monday, killing one civilian and injuring 13 others, Kabul police chief Abdul Rahman Rahimi said.

YAOUNDE -- Two suicide bombers killed themselves Monday morning in Cameroon's Far North Region when they attempted to attack local villagers.
