Akognon leads Jilin to victory over Tongxi

Josh Akognon had 25 points in the 4th quarter of the 22nd round of the 2015-2016 season's Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league here on Christmas night, helping Jilin beat Tongxi 109-106.

   Akognon made 6 out seven 3-pointer attempts in the 4th quarter to help Jilin turn the table in the last 110 seconds. Although he had caught a cold in the bitter cold in Jilin province before the game, he became the hero who threw 2500 audiences into frenzy.   

   Sani Sakakini scored 37 points, but he couldnt stop Jilin from winning the match. His teammate Von Wafer was limited to three points in the 4th quarter.  Endi
