Xinhua, December 22, 2015 Adjust font size:

Tokyo shares ended the trading Tuesday mixed amid little trading cues as investors absorbed last week's Japanese and U.S. central bank policy moves.

The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average inched down 29.32 points, or 0.16 percent, from Monday at 18,886.70.

On the contrary, the broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange edged up 2.32 points, or 0.15 percent, to 1,533.60.

The day's turnover was about 1,934.7 billion yen (around 15.96 billion U.S. dollars). Endit
