British FTSE 100 decreases 0.29 pct on Monday

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Monday decreased by 0.29 percent, or 17.58 points, to 6,034.84 points.

Share price of ITV increased by 2.92 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Glencore, InterContinental Hotels Group, Antofagasta and Carnival increased by 2.71 percent, 2.70 percent, 2.14 percent and 2.03 percent respectively.

Coca-Cola HBC AG led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 3.13 percent, followed by Associated British Foods (2.74 percent), Smith & Nephew (2.47 percent), Royal Dutch Shell (1.47 percent) and Ashtead Group (1.35 percent). Endit
