Nepal's deputy PM to visit China

Nepalese Deputy Prime Minister Kamal Thapa, who is also in charge of foreign affairs, will leave for China on Wednesday for a five-day official visit, Ministry of Foreign Affairs said here Sunday.

This is the first high level visit from Nepal government to China since Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli was elected as the Himalayan country's prime minister on Oct 11.

According to the foreign ministry, the minister is scheduled to pay an official visit to China at the invitation of the Chinese government from Dec. 24-29. Endit
