Xinhua, December 20, 2015 Adjust font size:

A teenage boy was taken away by local police on Sunday for allegedly throwing a water bottle and giving a Liaoning basketball player a bad cut on the face.

In a 19th round Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) game here on Friday, in which host Liaoning beat Guangsha 128-112, Liaoning player Guo Ailun was felled by a water bottle hurled from spectators stands and suffered a gashing cut above his left eye.
