Xinhua, December 19, 2015 Adjust font size:

Nearly 500 experts from all over Europe gathered in Karpacz, southern Poland on Friday to participate in an industry forum where they will discuss innovation, infrastructure development, and EU's climate policy.

Participants will deliberate on active state policy, as well as try to find answers regarding how to adapt climate policy to boost the economic growth of the European industry, what are the main leading industry sectors in the EU worth investing in and how to create proper conditions for innovation.

The industry forum, an event organized by the Institute for Eastern Studies, continues and expands on the format of the energy forum, one of the key conferences organized by the institute since 2006.

Two days of debates are divided into seven thematic tracks.

The conference includes representatives from large and medium-sized companies, public administration, media and experts from Poland and other European countries. The industry forum runs until Dec. 20. Endit
