During his visit to the northern Usti Region on Tuesday, Czech President Milos Zeman warned of a terrorist attack sooner or later in the country.
Zeman made the remarks during a discussion with grammar school students in Bilina.
He said he based his view on the way "Islamic radicals" made their previous attacks in European countries.
He said a terrorist attack will occur in the Czech Republic sooner or later, and it could probably occur in Prague.
Zeman also said some more attacks could probably occur even sooner in other major cities in Europe.
He said he believes that the fight against terrorism requires more effective measures than now, including the expulsion of suspicious people from the country. Endit
