LME base metals mostly lower on Tuesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) were mostly lower on Tuesday.
Oil slumped to its lowest level since the financial crisis after OPEC failed to address a growing supply glut.
The three-month unofficial copper price was up 20 U.S. dollars, or 0.44 percent, to 4,589 U.S. dollars per tonne.
In other metals, the three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 27 U.S. dollars, or 1.80 percent, to 1,476 U.S. dollars a tonne. The three-month unofficial lead price lost 6 U.S. dollars, or 0.36 percent, to 1,679 U.S. dollars a tonne.
Meanwhile, the three-month unofficial zinc price lost 25 U.S. dollars, or 1.61 percent, to 1,523 U.S. dollars a tonne. The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 87.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.99 percent, to 8,737.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial tin price lost 237.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.60 percent, to 14,587.5 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
