Holman wins Australian PGA in play-off

Australian Nathan Holman won a three-way playoff to take the European Tour co-sanctioned Australian PGA Championship on Sunday.

Holman won the first play-off hole with a par from American Harold Varner III and South African Dylan Frittelli.

"I've deserved it. It's stuff you dream of, playing golf as a kid," said Holman.

The last non-Australian to win the event was New Zealand's Greg Turner in 1989. Endi
