Xinhua, December 1, 2015 Adjust font size:

Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Gen. Tea Banh started a working visit to neighbouring Laos and Vietnam on Tuesday, according to a defense ministry's statement.

He left Phnom Penh for Vientiane on Tuesday evening in order to attend a military parade on the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, which will be held on Wednesday, the statement said.

In Laos, Gen. Tea Banh will also pay a courtesy call on Lao Prime Minister Thongsing Thammavong.

Then, he will fly to Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday for a visit.

"The deputy prime minister's visits will contribute to further enhancing friendship, solidarity, and cooperation between Cambodia and Laos, and Cambodia and Vietnam," the statement said. Enditem
