Two persons including the attacker were killed and two others injured as a suicide bombing rocked Kabul on Saturday, Kabul police chief Abdul Rahman Rahimi said.

"A suicide bomber blew himself up next to the vehicle of an official of the election commission, killing the driver and injuring two others, both civilians," Rahimi told reporters at the site of the incident.

The official of the election commission, Rodwal, the obvious target was not in the vehicle, police said, adding the attacker was also killed in the blast.

No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack. Enditem
